The other key ingredient is Zizyphus, a herb traditionally used in Chinese medicine to calm the mind, induce sleep and relieve spontaneous night sweating. Sleep Complex Tablets combine traditional ingredients from eastern and western medicine to help give you a good night’s sleep. Adults: Take two tablets once a day 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime.
