How do I sign up for Medibank Live Better rewards?
You’ll first need to register for My Medibank (if you haven’t already). You can find instructions here. You can then register for Live Better in the My Medibank app by tapping the “Live Better” icon at the bottom of My Medibank once you’re logged in, and follow the introduction screens.

How do I link my Live Better rewards account to Amcal Rewards?
You can link accounts via the My Medibank app:

• Tap on the Live Better icon on the homepage
• Scroll down and tap the ‘Earn with our partner brands’ and tap on ‘See all’
• Tap on ‘Card and membership linking’
• Scroll to find Amcal Pharmacy and tap on ‘Link now’
• Follow the prompts to link accounts

How long until I receive my points for shopping in-store?
Live Better points for shopping in store at a participating Amcal will be displayed on your account within 5 days of making an eligible purchase.

I’m having trouble linking my account
Ensure you have entered your Amcal Rewards card number correctly. Each Medibank Live Better account can only be linked to one Amcal Rewards membership and the personal details on your Amcal Rewards membership must match those on your Medibank policy to successfully link.

Are there any exclusions?
Live Better points will not be earned on purchases from Amcal online, prescription or purchase amounts that have been paid for with an Amcal e-Gift Card, gift card or coupon or via Amcal Rewards points. See full Amcal Terms & Conditions.

How can I earn Live Better rewards points whilst shopping at an Amcal store?
When making an eligible purchase instore at a participating Amcal, present your Amcal Rewards card at the checkout to earn Live Better points. Don’t have your rewards card? No worries! Simply provide your email address, phone number or name at the register (we’re trying to move away from physical cards).

Must be 16 years or over to register for Medibank Live Better rewards in the My Medibank app. Some program partners and earning activities require a person to be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to earn and/or redeem a reward. Must be a Medibank member with hospital cover, extras cover, or hospital and extras cover, and be up-to-date with premium payments.
