I didn’t receive my verification code
- Make sure you’re using the same email address and mobile number linked to your membership
- Check that your mobile number and email address is entered correctly
- Check your SMS inbox (and spam/junk folder for email)
- Wait up to 60 seconds, then select ‘Resend Code’
- If you still don’t receive the code, try using your email instead of mobile (or vice versa)
The verification code isn’t working
- Make sure you have entered the most recent code sent
- Codes expire quickly – if it doesn’t work, select “Resend code” and try again
- Check that there are no extra spaces when copying the code

Do I need to re-join Amcal Rewards?
No. You are not signing up again. You’re simply setting up a more secure access to your existing account and updating your password.
I'm an existing member - Why am I being asked to verify my account?
We’ve upgraded our sign-in process to better protect your account and personal details. All existing members need to create a new password and confirm their details.
Will I lose my points or rewards?
No. Your points balance, rewards, transaction history and membership all stay exactly the same.
What do I need to do?
It takes just a few minutes:
- Enter your email address and mobile number.
- Create a new password.
- Enter the one-time verification code sent to you by email address or SMS, and you’re signed in – your account will link automatically provided you use the same email or mobile and verify your account.
Why do I need to verify my details?
The one-time verification helps confirm that it’s really you and keeps your rewards points secure. You’ll only need to do this once.
Will I need to do this every time I log in?
No. After the first time, you’ll only need your email and password to sign in.
I already had a login - will it still work?
No. Previous website logins won’t work with the new secure system. You’ll need to set up a new password once.
What if my email or mobile isn’t recognised?
If we can’t find a match, you’ll be guided to set up a new account. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact customer support for help.
Do I need to do this again in-store?
No. This process is only for accessing your account online.

Terms & Conditions
Amcal Rewards Program Issued by Sigma Company Limited ACN 004 132 923 (Sigma).
- Enrolment & Membership
- Membership of Amcal Rewards is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- By registering as a member in-store or online, or providing Amcal Rewards membership details when transacting in-store, the applicant or member (each a “Member”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these Amcal Rewards Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time).
- To join Amcal Rewards, Members agree to provide their name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, mobile phone number and any other information reasonably required to administer the Amcal Rewards program.
- An Amcal Rewards membership is valid at any participating Amcal pharmacy (“participating Amcal pharmacy”). Your home pharmacy will be designated as the Amcal pharmacy at which you joined Amcal Rewards. You may alter your home pharmacy at any time via Amcal Customer Service (email: info@amcalrewards.com.au or ph. 1300 022 506).
- Where you have been issued an Amcal Rewards Card, it is not a credit or charge card, is not transferable and remains the property of Sigma. Any lost or stolen Amcal Rewards Cards must be reported to Amcal Customer Service as soon as possible.
- Membership is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes. A Member’s membership may be suspended or terminated if it is reasonably suspected that the membership is being used for commercial purposes or in connection with the re-sale of goods. Any Rewards points will be forfeited on termination.
- Earning Points
- Members will earn points on all purchases they make at any participating Amcal pharmacy except ‘Excluded Items’.
- Excluded Items include prescription only products, pharmacist only products, pharmacist only medicines or other products where the granting of points is prohibited by law, gift cards, delivery fees and products Sigma deems and/or advertises from time to time as being excluded.
- Members will receive 5 points for every $1.00 spent (including GST) in-store on non-excluded Items when they provide their Amcal Rewards membership details at the point of purchase. Points are not redeemable for cash.
- Bonus points may be offered from time to time at Sigma’s discretion and may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Some bonus points offers may be exclusive personalised offers and only available to selected Members which are not transferable.
- If you do not provide your Amcal Rewards membership details (registered email address or mobile number) at the time of purchase, you can return to the point of purchase within 30 days with a copy of your receipt and your Amcal Rewards details and the points will be credited to your account.
- Points will be credited to Members’ accounts as soon as possible and in any event, within 30 days of the transaction date.
- Members who are also members of Medibank Live Better Rewards may elect to link their Amcal Rewards membership with their Medibank Live Better Rewards membership to also collect 5 Live Better rewards points and 5 Amcal Rewards points for every $1 spent in store at any participating Amcal pharmacy (except Excluded Items). Please see www.amcal.com.au/amcal-medibank-partnership/ for more information. Sigma reserves the right to vary or discontinue its participation in Medibank Live Better Rewards at any time.
- Redeeming Points
- Members are eligible to redeem their points to pay for the whole or part of any purchase (except ‘Excluded Items’) at any participating Amcal pharmacy when they provide their Amcal Rewards membership details at the point of purchase. Medibank Live Better rewards cannot be redeemed at Amcal.
- When redeeming in-store, Members will receive a discount of $0.01 off the current transaction for every 1 point redeemed (ie 100 points redeemed = $1 off). Redemptions can only be processed in multiples of $0.01.
- Expiry of Points
- Subject to anything else contained herein, unused Amcal Rewards points will expire 12 months after the date on which they were earned.
- Marketing and Communications
- By becoming a Member of Amcal Rewards, Members agree to receive communications from Amcal (including email, SMS, phone, mail and app notifications) relating to their membership, marketing or promotional offers, competitions, new products, health services, news and other information relating to Amcal and its suppliers.
- Members may opt out of marketing communications from Amcal Rewards by following unsubscribe links on marketing emails; sending ‘STOP’ to any number provided in our SMS’; or by contacting Customer Service. For in-app notifications, Members may turn off notifications on their mobile device. Members will still receive messages relating to their membership (such as changes to terms and conditions or information relating to your account; or product safety information).
- Members that have registered and subscribed with a valid email address, will also receive their points balance in monthly email communications.
- Sigma’s Privacy Policy
- By becoming a Member of Amcal Rewards, each Member agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Sigma’s privacy policy available at www.amcal.com.au/privacy-policy.
- Sigma’s Privacy Policy, available at www.amcal.com.au/privacy-policy, is incorporated into, and forms part of, these Amcal Rewards Terms and Conditions. When participating in Amcal Rewards, you acknowledge that you agree to the Privacy Policy and understand and agree that Sigma will collect, use, store and disclose your information, including personal information, in accordance with its terms.
- Sigma reserves the right to vary, alter or amend all or any part of its Privacy Policy from time to time.
- Sigma may disclose Members’ information (including personal information) within its corporate group for business purposes, the purposes of operating a loyalty program and marketing or remarketing purposes through its websites, social media channels or other marketing medium.
- Access and correction of your personal information
- Members should promptly notify any changes to their personal information to their Home Pharmacy or by contacting Customer Service on 1300 022 506 or info@amcalrewards.com.au.
- Members can ask to obtain access to their personal information that Sigma and/or its contractors hold. We may ask you to put your request in writing and pay a reasonable fee levied by us for this. It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Termination and Suspension
- Sigma may suspend or terminate a Member’s Amcal Rewards membership by giving written notice to the Members most recent contact details, where:
- a Member breaches these Terms,
- acts fraudulently in connection with their Membership or otherwise misuses their Membership; or
- a Member has not earned any Amcal Rewards points for a continuous period of three years
- Sigma may suspend, discontinue or terminate the Amcal Rewards program:
- immediately upon becoming insolvent or entering administration; or
- for any reason, by giving Members reasonable notice. Notice will be displayed on amcal.com.au and where practicable, Sigma will use reasonable endeavours to notify Members at the most recent email address provided to the Amcal Rewards program. Members may continue to earn and redeem Amcal Rewards during the notice period.
- On cancellation of a Member’s membership or termination or suspension of the Amcal Rewards program, Sigma may retain Members’ information for record-keeping purposes and in de-identified form for data analysis purposes. Any Rewards points will be cancelled on termination of a Member’s membership or the termination of the Amcal Rewards program.
- Following termination of the Amcal Rewards program, neither Sigma nor any participating Amcal Pharmacy will be liable to you in connection with the termination of the Amcal Rewards program or any points attached to your membership at termination.
- No Amcal pharmacy has the authority, express or implied, to make any representation, warranty or statement on behalf of Sigma or in relation to the Amcal Rewards program and Sigma accepts no liability in respect of any representation, warranty or statement made by any Amcal pharmacy.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a Member’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. In all other cases, Sigma’s liability to Members will be limited to reinstating the number of Amcal Rewards points in dispute. Sigma will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss in connection with the Amcal Rewards program or any Membership.
- A Member may elect to terminate their Amcal Rewards membership at any time by contacting the Amcal Customer Service (email: info@amcalrewards.com.au or ph. 1300 022 506.
- General Conditions
- Amendments to these Terms: Sigma may make changes to these Terms from time to time with reasonable notice provided via the Amcal website. Continued membership of Amcal Rewards constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms. Members are advised to check the Amcal website from time to time to inform yourself of any changes.
- Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, Sigma and its associated agencies and companies, together with any participating Amcal pharmacy are not responsible for any problems, delays, or inability to operate the Amcal Rewards program; any liability for emails or SMS’ which are misdirected, not received or lost; or any technical malfunction beyond Sigma’s control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma excludes all liability for any loss (including indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Amcal Rewards program. The Amcal Rewards program and related services are provided to Members on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied under laws other than those that cannot be lawfully excluded, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. From time to time, there may be information on the Amcal website or in other promotional materials that contains typographical or other errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Sigma reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information.
- Correction of errors: Sigma or any participating Amcal pharmacy may reverse any Points that have been credited to a Member in error or which relate to a purchase by a Member that is subsequently cancelled or reversed or where a refund is given. Any Points that have been credited to a Member in error may be subsequently deducted from the Member’s account by Sigma.
- Points balance: Members can view their Points balance once they have registered and linked their Amcal Rewards membership online at www.amcal.com.au or by contacting the Amcal Customer Service on 1300 790 618 between 8am – 6pm Mondays to Fridays, Eastern Standard Time.
- No transfer: Amcal Rewards Membership and Amcal Rewards points are not transferable to third parties and cannot be combined.
- Waiver: Any delay or failure by Sigma in exercising its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights, unless such waiver is in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Sigma.
- Governing law: These Terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
Effective from January 2026.
