Sigma Healthcare prides itself on its commitment in providing quality products. If for any reason a Sigma Private Label & Exclusive branded product does not meet your expectations, we will return the purchase price you paid for your product.

Sigma’s money back quality guarantee is not intended to replace your consumer rights or a seller’s obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, but to provide a fast and easy resolution when you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the product(s) you purchased. The money back quality guarantee operates in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to claim the money back guarantee you will need to:

• Provide a valid proof of purchase
• Have purchased the product(s) no more than 6-months ago; and
• Have purchased the product(s) at an Amcal within Australia
• Ensure that at least 50% of the contents remains.

How to make a claim will need to take the product together with the proof of purchase to the Amcal you originally purchased the product(s).

You will need to be prepared to provide details such as your name and contact number, along with a government issued identification document may be required to be presented.

Provided you are eligible to receive the money back guarantee, it will be issued using the original payment method as specified in your proof of purchase.
