| Warnings | • This medicine may cause drowsiness, which may continue the following day. If affected, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol. • If pregnant or likely to become pregnant, or if breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. • Do not give to children under 6 years of age. Do not give to children between 6 and 11 years of age, except on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner. |

| Dosage | Allergic Disorder*: Adults: One to two tablets (as a singledose) two to three times daily. Children 6-12 years: One to two tablets as a single dose at night or one tablet two to three times daily. Sedation*: Children 6-12 years: One to two tablets as a single dose at night. Travel sickness: Adults: One to two tablets. Children 6-12 years: One tablet. To be taken the night before travel and repeated after 6 to 8 hours on the following day if required. Nausea and vomiting: Adults: Two tablets (as a single dose) three to five times daily. Children 6-12 years: One tablet every 4 to 6 hours to a maximum daily dose of two tablets. *Note: Histaren, 25 mg tablets can be given to adults and children over 12 years as a single dose at night. |
