| Warnings | • This medicine may cause drowsiness, which may continue the following day. If affected, do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol. • If pregnant or likely to become pregnant, or if breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. • Do not give to children under 6 years of age. Do not give to children between 6 and 11 years of age, except on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner. |

| Dosage | Allergic Disorder: Adults: One to three tablets as a single dose at night. Children 6-12 years: One tablet at night. Sedation: Adults: One to three tablets as a single dose at night. Children 6-12 years: One tablet at night. Travel sickness*: Adults: One tablet to be taken the night before travel and repeated after 6 to 8 hours on the following day if required. Nausea and vomiting*: Adults: One tablet every 4 to 6 hours to a maximum daily dose of four tablets. *Note: Lower strength Histaren, 10 mg tablets can be given for travel sickness and nausea and vomiting in children 6-12 years. |
