Canesten Plus is a broad spectrum anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory cream that soothes and attacks, offering relief from the intense itch , while attacking the cause of the fungal infection. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which treats the root cause of fungal skin infections. Hydrocortisone is a mild topical steroid which reduces the swelling, redness and itching associated with inflammation of the skin.
