Gastro-Mint is for the relief of symptoms of medically diagnosed Irritable Bowel Syndrome such as abdominal pain or discomfort, spasms and bloating.
| Warnings | If your symptoms persist or worsen or if you develop any other symptoms, talk to your medical practitioner. Do not take immediately after a meal or with a hot drink. Peri-anal itching or burning has been reported on occasion. Do not use if blister seal is broken. May cause heartburn. If symptoms develop, stop taking and ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice. |

| Dosage | Take one or two capsules up to 3 times a day as required. Take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals. Capsules should be swallowed whole. Do not crush or chew capsules. Not recommended for use in children. |
