Temporary relief of pain and inflamation associated with headache, migraine headache, tension headache, sinus pain, toothache, dental procedures,backache, muscular aches and pain, arthritis, osteoarthritus, rhematic pain, period pain, fibrositis,neuralgia, sore throat, tennis elbow, and colds and flu. Reduces fever.
| Warnings | Do not use Amcal Ibuprofen: if you have a stomache ulcer or other stomach disorders, impaired kidney function or heart failure, if you are allergic to aspirin, ibuprofen or other anti inflammatory medicines, during the first 6 months of pregnancy except on doctors advice, during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Unless advised by a doctor do not use: if trying to become pregnant,if you have asthma,if you are aged 65years and over for more than a few days at a time. Unless adviced by your doctor or pharmacist, do not take with other medicine containing ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti inflammatory medicines or medicines that you are taking regularly, give to children suffering from dehydration through diarrhoea and/or vomitting. Ask your doctor before use if you are taking anticoagulant mediciation, are taking medication for high blood pressure, diuretrics, lithium,methotrexate or other medicines for pain relief. While using this medication: do not exceed the recommended dose. Excessive or prolonged use can be harmful and increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, or liver damage. If you get an allergic reaction stop taking and see your doctor immediately. Do not give to children under 7 years. |
