Essential nutrients included are folate, zinc and iodine, to maintain healthy foetal development and foetal brain development. You can also continue taking these capsules to maintain your zinc and vitamin D levels during breastfeeding. Adults: Take one capsule two times a day for a bioavailable form of iron in a new, smaller and easier-to-swallow soft capsule.
