This comprehensive blend containing key nutrients such as B Vitamins, Magnesium, Zinc and Calcium to Support General Health & Wellbeing, Energy Levels, Immune System Health and Bone Health.
| Warnings | If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin a supplements without consulting your health professional. When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The reocmmended daily amount of vitamin A from all souces is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains 80mg of potassium. Consult your doctor before use if you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines. Take as directed. If symptoms persist see your health professional.
