Sigma Healthcare prides itself on its commitment in providing quality products. If for any reason a Sigma Private Label & Exclusive branded product does not meet your expectations, we will return the purchase price you paid for your product.

Sigma’s money back quality guarantee is not intended to replace your consumer rights or a seller’s obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, but to provide a fast and easy resolution when you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the product(s) you purchased. The money back quality guarantee operates in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to claim the money back guarantee you will need to:

• Provide a valid proof of purchase
• Have purchased the product(s) no more than 6-months ago; and
• Have purchased the product(s) at an Amcal within Australia, or online from the Amcal website.
• Ensure that at least 50% of the contents remains.

How to make a claim will need to take the product together with the proof of purchase to the Amcal you originally purchased the product(s). Read more
