I can't find a particular product online, can you please help?

If you cannot find the product via the search bar, it is likely that that particular Amcal pharmacy does not carry this product at this time.

Products do come into our stores on a regular basis and will be updated on the website. Contact your local Amcal pharmacy to discuss product availability or suitable alternatives that may be right for you.

Do all the Amcal stores stock the same products?

At Amcal, we strive to have a wide selection of items available for you. While we aim to stock all catalogue items in all stores, there may be limited availability at some locations.

Online Shopping Changes FAQs

Can I shop online on the Amcal website?

From 31 July 2025, we’re switching off online shopping as we begin building a new and improved eCommerce experience. This is part of our commitment to providing you with a better, more seamless way to shop with us online in the future.

Can I still use the Amcal website?

Absolutely. The Amcal website will remain active and continue to offer helpful features like our store locator, monthly catalogues, Pharmacy service bookings, product information and more.

How can I continue to earn and redeem loyalty points or check my points?

You can still earn and redeem points when shopping in-store. You’ll also be able to log in to your loyalty account online to check your points balance and rewards status.

Will I still have access to health services online?

Yes. You can continue to book pharmacy services online, including vaccinations and health checks at your local Amcal pharmacy.

What happens to my past online orders?

If you’ve placed an order prior or on 31 July 2025, your order will be processed and fulfilled as usual. For any queries, please contact our customer service team.

When will the new online shopping experience launch?

We’re working hard behind the scenes and will share updates with our customers as soon as it is available. Stay tuned!

Where can I shop Amcal products now?

You can visit any Amcal pharmacy near you to shop our full product range and speak with our friendly pharmacists in person.
