We’re upgrading our warehouses to improve your ordering experience.

From Wednesday, 25 August 2021 we will be completing some system upgrades to our warehouses to improve your experience when shopping online at Amcal.

This means that while you can still place orders for delivery and Click & Collect there may be some temporary delays.

Rest assured, once we receive your order we’ll make sure we get it to you as soon as possible, but please be aware that delivery orders received after Wednesday, 25 August 2021 will be delivered within:

  • VIC: 7 Business Days
  • NSW, ACT, TAS, SA, QLD, NT & WA: 10 Business Days

For deliveries, you will receive an email with an Australia Post Tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track the journey of your order via the Track and Trace website http://auspost.com.au/track/ by entering your tracking number.

For Click & Collect orders placed between Wednesday, 25 August 2021 and Tuesday, 31 August 2021 your order will be available to collect between Wednesday, 1 September to Friday, 3 September 2021. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

All deliveries and Click & Collect orders will resume to normal timeframes from Monday, 30 August 2021.
