Returns and Refunds

The Amcal Online returns and refunds policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

To provide our customers with the best shopping experiences at Amcal, we accept Change of Mind returns within 30 days if the following conditions are met

  • The product and packaging is unopened and any manufacturer seals have not been broken.
  • The product has not been used or damaged
  • The product does not fall under the following category
    • Prescription, Pharmacist only and Pharmacy online medicines.
    • Vitamins and Supplements
    • Baby/Infant Formula
    • Fragrances
    • Consumable items (ie. Food, protein powders & drinks)
    • Any product advertised as being non-refundable for change of mind.

Return postage costs will have to paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged

Please contact our Platinum Service team at 1300 790 618 or platinum.service@sigmahealthcare.com.au within 7 days of receipt with an image of the damaged product for a refund or replacement.

If the incorrect item was delivered

Please contact our Platinum Service team at 1300 790 618 or platinum.service@sigmahealthcare.com.au within 7 days of receipt with an image of the incorrect product for further review.

Cancellations

Please call Platinum Service team at 1300 790 618. Amcal will endeavor to process your cancellation request. If the order has been dispatched, only items valid under the Change of Mind returns policy can be returned for a refund.

Other Returns

All products sold on Amcal Online comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us if the item is

  • Faulty or is not as described
  • Significantly different to what was advertised
  • The product is unsafe
  • Not of acceptable quality

Amcal reserves the right to return the product to the manufacturer for further evaluation. The outcome of this evaluation will be provided and no refund or replacement will be provided if the item was damaged due to misuse or neglect.

*Online orders (Home deliver or Click and Collect) can only be returned via the process described above. If your purchase was made in store, any returns should be directed to the original store
