- Apply liberally and evenly on to clean, dry skin at least 20 mins prior to sun exposure. Reapply every 1-2 hours, after swimming, towel drying and exercise. We recommend you always wear protective clothing, a hat and eyewear and avoid prolonged exposure to the sun.
