Replace each meal with one 60g bar, up to 3 times a day. One serve of BioSlim VLCD Bar can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the BioSlim VLCD range. We recommend that a minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are consumed in addition to the BioSLim VLCD Bars daily.
