Active Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

Paracetamol 500mg

Codeine Phosphate 10mg

Free from preservatives, artificial flavours, yeast, lactose or soy.

Indications for Use

For the effective temporary relief of strong pain and discomfort associated with:

• Backache
• Headache
• Migraine Headache
• Muscle pain
• Neuralgia
• Rheumatic Pain
• Tension Headache
• Toothache
• Symptoms of Colds and Flu 
• Period Pain
• Pain associated with trauma or surgery

Dosage

To be taken with water every 4 – 6 hours if necessary.  Keep to the recommended dose.

Adults and Children over 12 years: 1 - 2 tablets (maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours).

Children 7 – 12 years: ½ to 1 tablet (maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours).

Do not take this medicine for longer than 48 hours at a time unless advised to do so by a doctor.  Not recommended for children under 7 years of age.

Warning/Side Effects

Do not use if foil seal is broken.

If an overdose is taken or suspected, ring the Poisons Information Centre (131 126) or go to a hospital straight away, even if you feel well, because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.

Do not take with other products containing paracetamol, unless advised to do so by a doctor or pharmacist.
