Product Description

Amcal Ibuprofen Pain Relief contains the active ingredient ibuprofen, which belongs to a group of medicines called non-steriodal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS).

Active Ingredients

Each tablet contains Ibuprofen 200mg
Free from yeast, gluten, wheat, soy, preservatives and artificial colours. Contains Lactose.

Indications for Use

For the effective temporary relief of pain and inflammation associated with:

• Acute pain where inflammation is present
• Headache
• Period Pain
• Dental Pain
• Toothache
• Sinus Pain
• Rheumatic Pain
• Mild Arthritic Pain
• Muscular aches, strains and sprains
• Neuralgic conditions
• Cold & Flu aches and pains
• Helps to reduce fever

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Initial dose two tablets, then 1or 2 tablets every 4 - 6 hours, as necessary. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. To be taken with water.
Not to be given to children under 12 years. Amcal Ibuprofen Children’s Suspension is available.  Ask your Pharmacist.

Excessive use can be harmful.  If you get an allergic reaction stop taking and see your doctor immediately.

Warning/Side Effects

Unless a doctor has told you to, do not use this product for more than a few days at a time, with other medicines containing ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines or other medicines that you are taking regularly; if you have asthma; if you are aged 65 years or over.  Don’t use this product if you have a stomach ulcer or other stomach disorder, impaired kidney function or heart failure; if you are pregnant; if you are allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammmatory medicines.

Do not use if seals are damaged or broken.
