A low dose Aspirin preparation which taken regularly (as part of a prescribed medical program) will help protect against some of the problems of blood clotting.

Active Ingredients

Each tablet contains Aspirin 100 mg

Free from lactose and sucrose. Contains gluten.

Indications for Use

Under medical supervision, for inhibition of platelet aggregation to help prevent heart attack and stroke in patients with known cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.  

Directions for use

Adults – Take one tablet per day with food or a large glass of water. It is important to take Aspirin 100 every day preferably at the same time each day.

For use under medical supervision only. Not recommended for use in children under the age of 18 years.

Warning/Side Effects

• Amcal Aspirin 100 is not recommended for people on anti-coagulants or allergic to salicylates.
• Aspirin 100 is a smaller dose than is required for the relief of temporary pain or fever.
• Should be taken with food or a glass for water to reduce gastric upset.
• Therapy initiated by medical practitioner only.
• Do not use if blister pack is broken.
